Programme Manager

• Programme Delivery - Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic programmes, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Monitor and report on programme progress, identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies.
• Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and delivery teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for programme-level escalations and queries.
• Leadership and Team Collaboration - Organise and guide cross-functional teams to achieve programme goals. Collaborate with and mentor technical, operational, and business teams to ensure cohesive programme execution.
• Agile Practices - Champion agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the delivery teams. Ensure agile practices are adapted effectively for large-scale programme management.
• Steering Committees - Prepare and present detailed programme updates to steering committees, ensuring transparency and alignment with strategic objectives. Facilitate productive discussions and decision-making during SteerCo meetings.
• Performance and Quality Management - Define and track KPIs to measure programme success, ensuring high standards of delivery. Drive adherence to WealthOS’s values, including dependability, compassion, creativity, and problem solving.

• You have a minimum of seven years of experience managing large-scale programmes with 50+ personnel in enterprise environments, ideally in fintech/wealthtech, on SaaS platforms.
• You have proven experience in handling global fintech enterprise clients, including complex data migrations.
• You have demonstrated expertise in relationship management and influencing senior stakeholders.
• You are proficient in agile delivery practices and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and are familiar with AWS-hosted platforms and cloud-native technologies.
• You have strong experience in preparing and leading steering committee meetings.
• You have a proven track record of delivering complex programmes on time, within scope, and budget.
• You have exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus.
